SCULPTURES
In her sculptural production, the artist explores a slope of the feminine dimension suspended between value and stigma where, as spectators, we are free to venerate or profane, respect or ignore.
From the taboos received in the family and social nucleus, a reflection is unleashed towards what is sacred and what is worthy of being profaned through a disturbing question.
The sculptures generate a space that plays between the respectable and the exposed to restructuring, dialoguing with a value system where the divine and its semantic aspects are related to the present.
Some religious artifacts that, once extracted from the sacred precinct, become fetishes of our belief system.
